CH-53E Super Stallion Patriotic Flag Tee, US Navy / Marine Corps Heavy Lift Helicopter

The Sikorsky CH-53E Super Stallion is a heavy-lift helicopter used by the U.S. military. Developed as the Sikorsky S-80, it evolved from the CH-53 Sea Stallion by incorporating a third engine, a seventh blade to the main rotor, and a 20° canted tail rotor. Built for the United States Marine Corps by Sikorsky Aircraft, the CH-53E is capable of performing a variety of heavy-lift operations.

The MH-53E Sea Dragon, a less common variant, is utilized by the U.S. Navy for long-range minesweeping and airborne mine countermeasures, as well as heavy-lift duties.

The CH-53E is being gradually replaced by the Sikorsky CH-53K King Stallion, which features new engines, composite rotor blades, and a wider cabin. Despite the introduction of the CH-53K in the 2020s, the CH-53E Super Stallion and the MH-53E Sea Dragon remain in service.
