This premium coffee mug features the squadron patch of Helicopter Combat Support Squadron 1 (HC-1) which was a United States Navy helicopter squadron that operated various helicopter models to support the United States Pacific Fleet and other units. The squadron was founded on April 1, 1948, and was disbanded on April 29, 1994. It was commonly known by its nicknames "Pacific Fleet Angels" or simply "Angels." In March 2013, HS-14 departed from Carrier Air Wing Five (CVW-5) at NAF Atsugi, Japan, and relocated to NAS North Island. HS-14 then transitioned to using the MH-60S Seahawk helicopter and was redesignated as Helicopter Sea Combat Squadron FOURTEEN (HSC-14) in July.
